Order confirmation

All orders are confirmed by email and dispatched within 10 days of payment clearing

If this is not possible for any reason we will contact you to advise of alternative delivery times or give you the option to cancel your order.

Ridley and Dowse packaging examples

All UK deliveries are sent using UK Royal Mail Special Delivery. Postage and packaging is charged at a flat £2 rate.

Deliveries will require a signature.

Returns

For orders seen as not suitable.
Just send your item back unworn within 28 days, and choose from a refund or an exchange.
Earrings - for hygiene reasons we can't take these back.
For all other items, all we ask is that the item is: Unworn. In the same condition we sent it to you. In its original packaging. Wrapped carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope.
We recommend you use Recorded Delivery or another tracked service to return your item. Please send the item with contact details to Ridley & Dowse 42 Hampstead road Brighton BN1 5NG

If it is faulty:
We make our jewellery by hand, and quality control every piece carefully. If a fault arises, we want to put it right. Simply send
your item back within 28 days, and choose from a refund or an exchange.
Wrap your item carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope. Please use Recorded Delivery or any other tracked
service, because we can't take responsibility if your parcel is lost in transit. We will refund your postage costs for standard recorded
delivery.

Packaging

All Ridley and Dowse products are wrapped in black tissue paper in a matt black box with a printed Ridley and Dowse logo.

Deliveries outside the UK

European recorded delivery cost is £4 and will need to be signed for. The rest of the world is £6 for recorded delivery.
